Sounds like the start of a really cheesy, Bull💩 product placement. But the reality is, without adequate sleep, your body has less ability to endure stress. . Without this capacity to handle stress from exercise, emotional stress, or any other stress to the mind/body, you will not have the capacity to undergo the adaptations necessary to improve your performance. . The harder you push yourself, the more sleep you need.
