RepostBy @embrklifestyle: "[SHOULDER WARM-UP] . 💡 Isometrics are a great way to warm-up your shoulders. These specific drills can even be incorporated into your normal routine with a little resistance to build some stronger shoulders. I typically will go Ys, Ws, Ts and shoulder extension. This video has the order messed around a little bit but there is no preference in order haha. . ✔Hold each isometric contraction for 10-15 seconds and give it a couple of rounds till you feel ready to get your lifts in. This will engage your rotator cuff muscles, deltoids, trapezius and rhomboids. . ✔ I am using a yoga ball in the video but you can do this off a massage table or bench. If you have any questions, feel free to drop a comment. Tag a friend that might benefit from these quick shoulder drills!" ̐ #fitnessstretch #bodybuilding #gymnastic #fitnesseffort #fitnesstherapy #fitnessaerobic #physiotherapy #fitnesseverything #callisthenics #fitnessjog #fitnessregimen #isometric #gym #fitnessseason #cardio #fitnessrehab #sportphysio #sportsperformancehub #sportsperformance #neuroscience #physio #movement #rehab #strengthandconditioning #painmanagement #pain #posture #stretching #prehab #bodyhack
